Kid Policy/Family Zone Info
For the comfort of our guests, Sound Advice Amphitheatre offers a no smoking, no alcohol family zone located at the bottom of the lawn.
Children 2 and under are free if they sit on the lap of a customer with a ticket. Guests must go to the Box Office to receive a pass for the child day of show only. Please note that some events may not be suitable for young children.

Budweiser Designated Driver Program
Designated drivers may check in at the guest services booth located in the north plaza to receive Budweiser's designated driver benefits. Budweiser's designated driver benefits include wristbands for a free water, or O'Douls as well as one free hot dog from the Sound Advice Amphitheatre concession stand.
- Premier Parking
Premier parking locations are available on a first come, first serve basis in the north parking lot across from the box office for $20. Follow the directional signage to gate 2A off of Fairgrounds Road. Cash only please.

Parking
Parking for guests with disabilities is available for all events. The designated spaces are offered on a first come, first served basis and are located in Lot 6 adjacent to the Main Gate. Please follow the signs and display the proper placard on your rearview mirror to assist our parking attendants in directing you to this area without delay.

Accessible Parking
Accessible parking is available on a first come, first serve basis located immediately adjacent to the main entrance on the north side of the facility. Please enter Gate 3 or Gate 12 and follow directional signage and parking staff to the accessible lot. Proper permit placard required.

Food & Drink / Souvenirs
Food and drink and souvenir merchandise stand staff are available to assist with transactions at their respective locations. Free courtesy cups of water can be found at the Guest Service Booth located in the North Plaza.

Interpretive Services
Upon request we will provide a Sign Interpreter. Please contact Brandon Berry, Director of Operations, via email at brandonberry@livenation.com or by phone at (561.795.8883) at least three (3) weeks prior to the designated event to make arrangements for this service.

Listening Devices
We are equipped with a Williams Sound Assisted Listening Device system. Receivers are available for all events and provided free of charge with a form of valid identification. Guests who are interested in this service should visit our Guest Services Booth located in the North Plaza. In addition, a TDD is available for outgoing calls during all events. This is located in the reception area of the Administrative Offices.

Service Animals
Services animals are welcome at all events. We ask that they remain on a leash or in a harness at all times. If you bring a service animal to a show, please notify your ticket representative so that an aisle seat may be reserved for you.

Tickets
Accessible seating is available for guests with disabilities and their companions at all price levels. We can accommodate guests who use a wheelchair as well as for those who have limited mobility but do not use a wheelchair. Additionally, we can accommodate guests with visual or hearing impairment. All tickets purchased are available on a first come, first served basis through Ticketmaster and our box office.

On event days, the Sound Advice Amphitheatre has a Disability Coordinator on site to accommodate our guests. Our Coordinator can be reached on event days by visiting the Guest Services Booth in the North Plaza Family Zone

Monday - Friday 10 am to 5 pm.
Show Day opens 10 am.
Types of Acceptable Payment
US Currency, VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Box Office Service Charge
Tickets are also available at the Sound Advice Amphitheatre box office. All tickets are subject to applicable service charges. Box office service charge is $4 per ticket. A $6 parking charge is also included in the purchase price of the ticket for most amphitheatre events.

Will -Call Tickets
Online will call tickets are available to be picked at 10 am day of show. Photo ID required.
