Parking Information:
From I-69: Traffic is directed from the interstate towards Bergen Boulevard.
The left lane of Bergen Boulevard is reserved for guests that may require accessible parking, VIP guests, Premier Parking customers, and the public parking lots are accessible from this lane as well.
The right lane is reserved for public parking.
From SR 37: Take State Road 37 to State Road 238 and head east for approximately five miles. Law enforcement officials will direct traffic into the main venue entrance from which Accessible Parking, Premier Parking, and public parking are all available. Traffic may be diverted off of 238 to expedite entry to the main parking entrance. If local law enforcement officials direct traffic off of State Road 238, please be cooperative.
From SR 38: Take State Road 38 to either Boden Road or Olio Road and head south. Police Officers will be stationed to assist.
Kids Policies:
- Kids two and under are permitted free of charge with an adult.

In accordance with Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act, Verizon Wireless Music Center has outlined the following policies to best serve our guests that may need to utilize our accessible accommodations. We realize that the following guidelines may not satisfy every guest's needs and will make every reasonable effort to accommodate our guests with special seating needs.
Accessible Seating
Accessible seating is available in every price level for every show and tickets are available at
www.LiveNation.com,
www.Ticketmaster.com or through Ticketmaster by phone at 317-239-5151. Please utilize the 'accessible tickets' links when purchasing online or inform that operator of any accessiable needs before ticket locations are secured.
Lower Pavilion: Lower pavilion accessible tickets are available in sections A & C. Accessible seats are located on the inside aisles adjacent to sections A & C. Companion seats are available in this price level and are limited to one unless other seats are available for sale in the row.
Upper Pavilion: Upper pavilion accessible tickets are available in our accessible seating area which is located in front of sections D & H. Companion seats are available but are limited to one due to space requirements and ADA guidelines.
Lawn: Lawn accessible tickets are available in two different areas. A ramp meeting ADA requirements has been constructed making the lawn accessible from the north plaza to our guests with accessible needs. Further, the outside aisle of section D is also available for those guests in need of accessible seating. Companion seating is limited to one unless other seats are available in that row for sale. If lawn accessible tickets are required, please be sure to purchase lawn accessible tickets to ensure a seating location.

Verizon Wireless Music Center has a Telecommunications Device for the Deaf (TDD) located at our main (west) Guest Services Information Booth. This device is available at all events.

- Interpreting Services

We are happy to provide interpreting services to any guest that requests the service.

Interpreting services are available at all price levels and every reasonable accommodation will be made to ensure the most enjoyable situation feasible for the guest and other guests in the vicinity. It is important to note that guests will be seated in the price level in which they purchased a ticket unless extenuating circumstances warrant relocation (i.e. festival shows).

Due to the involvement of a third-party interpreter, Verizon Wireless Music Center kindly asks that all interpreter requests be made as soon as possible. We prefer 14 days notice to schedule an interpreter, however, we require no less than 48 hours to provide interpreting services. Further, we ask that the following guidelines be used when requesting such service.
The preferred method for purchasing accessible tickets is through Ticketmaster online or Live Nation online. Questions are welcomed at 317-776-8181.
Accessible Parking:
Verizon Wireless Music Center also has an accessible parking section located in close proximity to the main ticket gates. The appropriate credentials or verbal communication between the guest and a parking attendant will suffice in gaining access to the disabled parking area. While our Accessible lot is in the same area as our Premier Parking area, our guests that require accessible facilities are not required to pay any additional amount to park in the Accessible area.
Restroom Facilities:
Restroom facilities for guests with disabilities are available in all public restrooms. In addition, two accessible port-o-lets, and the first aid office restroom are open and available to our guests requiring accessibility.
