Parking Info
Parking lots and gates usually open 1 1/2 to 2 hours prior to show time. Secure, well-lit parking is available directly on-site. If you are traveling eastbound on Polaris Parkway, please look for signs for the appropriate parking lot:
- General Parking, Gates A & B only.
- VIP and Accessible Parking - Gate C.
- VIP Parking only - Gate D.
Premier Parking: Park like a rock star! Park near the gates! Purchase Premiere Parking when you buy your tickets through Ticketmaster or at the Germain Amphitheater Box Office. We will hold a great spot for you until show time. Premiere Parking is $20 plus applicable service fees.
Motorcycle Lot
Motorcyclists may enter through the facilityâs Gate C, and a parking attendant will direct you to the motorcycle lot â” conveniently located near the box office and main entrance gates!
Accessibility Info
We welcome persons with disabilities and provide accessible seating areas, parking, and restrooms. Accessible tickets are available at all price levels for guests with disabilities and their companions.
These include guests who use wheelchairs, the hearing and visually impaired, and guests with mobility impairments. Tickets can be purchased from Ticketmaster or at the Germain Amphitheater Box Office.
A limited supply of wheelchairs are available at the front gates for guests who need assistance. A volunteer from the Ronald McDonald House will assist guests with a wheelchair from the gates to their seat and back to the gates at the end of the night.
A volunteer will generally stop by to check with guests throughout the night.

Accessible Parking
Parking for guests with mobility impairments is available with the proper state issued identification. Parking spaces are available on a first come, first serve basis and are located at the front gate.
Kid Policies/Family Zone Info
Kids 2 and under are admitted free if they sit on the lap of an adult in either reserved or lawn seating areas. No special ticket is required, simply identify your child as being 2 years old or younger to the ticket taker when entering the gates of the amphitheater. Strict fire code regulations restrict our ability to extend this free policy to older children, especially on our more crowed events.
Family Zone
Germain Amphitheater provides a no smoking, no alcohol Family Zone section on the lawn for the enjoyment of our fans that prefer this environment.
Tailgating
If your definition of "tailgating" is drinking alcoholic beverages, then it is not allowed by Ohio law - meaning no open containers of alcohol or consumption in public areas. Agents with the Ohio Department of Liquor Control patrol the amphitheater parking lots and cite violators on their own accord.
Grills and open flames are also prohibited. They not only create a safety concern but also tend to disrupt auto and foot traffic.

Box Office Hours*
The Germain Amphitheater Box Office is currently open Saturday, 10am - 2pm only.
Beginning May 7, the Box Office will also be open Monday & Thursday, noon - 6pm (in addition to Saturday, 10am - 2pm).
The Box Office is open all show days.

Group Tickets
Group tickets (20 or more) may be purchased in advance. Call 614-431-2200 x 220 to reserve your group seats or party today! The Party Pavilion is available for every show and hosts 20 - 250 guests per night. Catering arrangements are available through Premium Catering Inc, and beverages are arranged through Aramark.
Will-Call Tickets
The Will-Call windows are located at the Box Office at the main gates. You must present an ID and the credit card with which the tickets were purchased for pick-up of Ticketmaster will-call.

-Umbrellas (small please)
-Water: One factory sealed bottle of water allowed per patron. Please limit to approx. 1.5 liter (50 ounce) bottles.
-Food: Snacks and other picnic food packaged in a clear one gallon plastic bag (one per guest)
-Sunscreen
- Beach Chairs - Guests are welcome to bring personal beach chairs into the amphitheater. To ensure clear sightlines for all our guests, only low chairs with a seat no higher than 9â off the ground and backs no higher than 24" are permitted.
- Small bags and backpacks (subject to search)
-Cameras: In general the shows that do allow cameras allow disposable cameras or small personal (non-professional) cameras that do not have large detachable lenses. As this policy is determined by the artist, the camera policy varies from show to show.
What not to bring:
-Alcohol - Ohio Revised Code prohibits bringing alcoholic beverages onto Germain property. This policy is strongly enforced by state and local authorities. See the "Venue Info" tab on information on tailgating.
-Bottles
-Coolers, Picnic Baskets, Large Bags, Purses Larger Than 12â X 12â.
-Fireworks, flares, or other incendiary devices -Ohio law does not allow the explosion of fireworks due to the threat of fire and injury.
-Illegal Drugs
-In-line Skates, Skateboards, Bicycles, Scooters, etc.
-Laser Pointers
-Pets (except service animals)
-Recorders: Recording devices (audio or video) are never permitted unless the artist openly allows recording devices. Video recording devices are never permitted to any event at Germain Amphitheater.
-Weapons - This includes guns, pocket knives, wallet chains, spiked jewelry, pepper spray or any other item deemed a potential weapon. In addition, we cannot take the responsibility of checking these items into the guest services booth. They must either be returned to the guestâs car or disposed of prior to entering the facility.
With safety as a primary goal, you may be subject to search at certain events. If for any reason you should arrive at the gates with a restricted item, our front gate guest services staff will offer to check most items to save you from returning to your car. Germain Amphitheater reserves the right to refuse admission.
