Ozzfest Redemption Info:
Due to overwhelming demand for this year's unprecedented free Ozzfest tickets, we have revised the onsale times for June 12th in order to manage traffic more evenly.

Ozzfest General Redemption for Ozzfest at Verizon Wireless Amphitheater - Kansas City begins on JUNE 12 at 10 AM Central Time.
Codes can be redeemed as long as tickets are still available.


PARKING NOT INCLUDED.

As previously announced, the ticket price for this summer's premiere touring concert festival is entirely free for fans.

Presale codes included in the limited edition of "Black Rain" CD can be redeemed until June 11, 11:59PM ET.

General code redemption for the concert at Verizon Wireless Amphitheater will start on June 12 at 10 AM Central Time.

Black Rain CD Presale code not redeemed during the presale period can be redeemed during the general redemption process. There are a limited number of presale tickets, and will be available for redemption on a first come, first served basis.

To Redeem Ozzy CD presale code, click on "OZZY CD Get Tickets" button for the concert you want to attend until June 11 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. Presale tickets are limited, and will be available for redemption on a first come, first served basis.

- Check your email box and click on link to confirm your valid email address to obtain your unique code.

Note: To ensure that everyone gets the chance for free tickets, there is a limit of two tickets per customer.

PARKING
Parking lots typically open 2 hours prior to show time. There are two entrances, and for most events no parking fees are collected.

Parking will be charged upon the arrival at the lots for festival/radio station shows. These fees are subject to change on a show-by-show basis.

Available to the general public, Verizon Wireless Amphitheater offers reserved parking close to the main gates with its Premier Parking Program for a fee of $20.
Patrons can pre-purchase Premier Parking at all Ticketmaster outlets, on the internet at ticketmaster.com, charge by phone, or at the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater Box Office.

Depending on availability parking may be purchased in the parking lots until 30 minutes after show time.

For patrons being dropped off at Verizon Wireless Amphitheater, drivers can enter the VIP entrance on State Avenue, and receive further directions from Venue Personnel.

 
ACCESSIBILITY INFO
Special needs seating is available for guests with disabilities and their companions at all price levels subject to each category level selling out.
 
Companion seating must be purchased at the same time as your disabled seats.
 
Verizon Wireless Amphitheater provides seating for guests who require wheelchair access as well as for those with visual impairment and for those who have limited mobility but do not require a wheelchair.
 
As with all guests, we recommend that you purchase your tickets as early of possible once they go on sale. All ticket purchases are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Once a show has sold out, and an additional 49 hours has elapsed, unsold accessible seats will be released for general public purchase.

Ticket fraud includes, but is not limited to, misrepresentation of a disability and/or production and use of counterfeit or stolen tickets to Verizon Wireless Amphitheater events. Verizon Wireless Amphitheater considers ticket fraud to be extremely serious and will take appropriate action to prevent such usage. Guests holding fraudulent tickets or misrepresenting disability in an attempt to purchase ADA designated seats are subject to ejection with out reimbursement or restitution and may be subject to criminal prosecution.

Verizon Wireless Amphitheater features a Family Zone! The Family Zone is an area in the lawn section where smoking and alcohol consumption is not allowed.

Kids 2 and under are admitted free without a ticket!

All tickets purchased at the Box Office include a $4.50 per ticket service charge except during the first week of sales for each show.

WILL CALL TICKETS
Will Call is open on show days from the time gates open until the main act takes the stage. Patrons purchasing their tickets from Ticketmaster must have photo ID and credit card used to purchase the tickets as well their confirmation to pick up tickets. Otherwise, patrons need to bring their photo ID, confirmation number if applicable, and know who arranged for their tickets to be left at will call.

The VWA Box Office does not release tickets to anyone other than the name on the account. If you would like someone else to pick up your tickets, please contact the person arranging tickets for you or Ticketmaster.

VWA also does not accept will call tickets from outside sources.

Tickets and passes left by radio stations or the performers are not received until the day of the event and are dropped off at the discretion of the person delivering tickets.
