Ozzfest Redemption Info:
Due to overwhelming demand for this year's unprecedented free Ozzfest tickets, we have revised the onsale times for June 12th in order to manage traffic more evenly.

Ozzfest General Redemption for Ozzfest at Cricket Pavilion begins on JUNE 12 at 6 PM Pacific Time.
Codes can be redeemed as long as tickets are still available.


PARKING NOT INCLUDED.

As previously announced, the ticket price for this summer's premiere touring concert festival is entirely free for fans.

Presale codes included in the limited edition of "Black Rain" CD can be redeemed starting until June 11, 11:59 PM ET.

General code redemption for the concert at Cricket Pavilion will start on June 12 at 6 PM Pacific Time.

Black Rain CD Presale code not redeemed during the presale period can be redeemed during the general redemption process. There are a limited number of presale tickets, and will be available for redemption on a first come, first served basis.

To Redeem Ozzy CD presale code, click on "OZZY CD Get Tickets" button for the concert you want to attend until June 11 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. Presale tickets are limited, and will be available for redemption on a first come, first served basis.

- Enter your VALID email address in the "Get Code" section
- Check your email box and click on link to confirm your valid email address to obtain your unique code.
- Come back June 12 to redeem your unique code and download TWO FREE TICKETS to the show of your choice.

Note: To ensure that everyone gets the chance for free tickets, there is a limit of two tickets per customer.
Tickets are first come, first serve and available until capacity for your event is reached.

Parking Info
All events at Cricket Pavilion feature convenient on premise parking. For most events, a parking fee is added to the price of your ticket when purchased.  The parking lots typically open 2 hours prior to the stated show time. 
 
Cricket Pavilion is now offering PREMIER PARKING for all events.  Premier parking is  available for a charge of $20 per car and $40 for buses, limos, or RV''s. Premier Parking may be purchased in advance through Ticketmaster or on site when available.  Enter the Premier Parking Lot using the convienent 79th Avenue entrance. 
 
Your Premier parking space will be held for you up until the advertised start of the event.  Your space will be close to the front gate.  Premier parking spaces cannot be guaranteed if you arrive after the event starts.
 
Also, for faster freeway access to the venue use the 79th Ave HOV exit off I-10.

Kid Policies/Family Zone Info
Most shows feature the Family Zone area on the lawn. There is no smoking or drinking of alcohol allowed in this designated area. No special ticket is needed for access to this area and seating is first come, first served.
The closest hotels to Cricket Pavilion are the Comfort Suites and Econo Lodge, both located at 83rd Avenue and McDowell Road.

For most shows, guests are WELCOME to bring:
  • Disposable Cameras or Digital Cameras  * Please note this policy varies by artist.
  • Low-Profile Beach Chairs ( under 9 inches in height from the seat to the ground )
  • Small Bags or Backpacks (Detailed Inspection)
  • Small Umbrellas (Tote Size), Ponchos or Rain Coats
  • Blankets
  • Empty spray misters/fans
  • Snack or Picnic Food in (1) Clear, Plastic Gallon Size Bag, (1) per Person
  • Water in factory sealed plastic bottles (One bottle per person; up to one gallon)

For your safety the following items are NOT allowed for this event:

  • NO Professional Camera’s
    **This includes Sm, Med or Lrg Detachable Lenses**
  • NO Camping Chairs in Carrying Bags
  • NO Video or Audio Recording Devices
  • NO Laser Pointers
  • NO Sharp or Dangerous Items
    (weapons, knives, spiked items, chains, fireworks & mace)
    *If these items are in your possession when attempting to enter the gate, you will be asked to check in the prohibited item at Guest Services. You will be able to retrieve your items upon leaving the venue after the completion of the show.**
