Ozzfest Redemption Info:
Due to overwhelming demand for this year's unprecedented free Ozzfest tickets, we have revised the onsale times for June 12th in order to manage traffic more evenly.

Ozzfest General Redemption for Ozzfest at Post-Gazette Pavilion begins on JUNE 12 at 3 PM Eastern Time.
Codes can be redeemed as long as tickets are still available.


PARKING NOT INCLUDED.

As previously announced, the ticket price for this summer's premiere touring concert festival is entirely free for fans.

Presale codes included in the limited edition of "Black Rain" CD can be redeemed until June 11, 11:59PM ET.
General code redemption for the concert at Post-Gazette Pavilion will start on June 12 at 3 PM Eastern Time.

Black Rain CD Presale code not redeemed during the presale period can be redeemed during the general redemption process. There are a limited number of tickets, and will be available for redemption on a first come, first served basis.

To Redeem Ozzy CD presale code, click on "OZZY CD Get Tickets" button for the concert you want to attend until June 11 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. Presale tickets are limited, and will be available for redemption on a first come, first served basis.

2007 Post-Gazette Pavilion Roundtrip Bus Services
A bus ticket may be purchased beginning the day the show ticket goes on sale. Tickets are available at Ticketmaster Outlets or on-line.
 
 
The ticket price is $14.00 plus applicable service charges.
 

Deadline for purchasing a bus tickets for a particular show is NOON the day before the concert at Ticketmaster outlets. The deadline for internet sales is 2 weeks before the concert.  To print out this information, click here.

Parking Info-

There is plenty of secure, well-lit parking located adjacent to the Pavilion. Parking lots generally open two hours before the show and the facility gates generally open one hour before the show.
 
REGULAR LOT PARKING: ***NEW IN 2007*** No stopping to pay for parking on your way into Post-Gazette Pavilion!! Your parking fee was included in the ticket price so there's no need to pay extra when you enter the lots...of course there are always exceptions to the rule and if you are coming to Jimmy Buffett, Dave Matthews or Ozzfest we will have the 'old' way in place - which means you have to pay as you enter the parking lots.
 
PREMIER LOT PARKING: Tickets for easy-in, easy-out Premier Parking can be purchased through Ticketmaster outlets and via phone order at (412) 323-1919 until 12:00 noon the day prior to each show. The cost is only $22. Premier Parking passes can also be PURCHASED ON-LINE until 3 p.m. on the day of the show.
 
BUS, LIMO AND RV PARKING: Tickets for these type of vehicles can be purchased upon arrival for $30.00.
 
Tailgating Policy - New for 2007!
  1. Tailgating is permitted only for guests with tickets to the show!
  2. Pre-concert tailgating is permitted only until the start of the show!
  3. Tailgating rules prohibit glass bottles in our lots!
  4. Tailgate responsibly, and be courteous & kind to your neighbors!

Accessibility Info-
Accessible parking is available upon arrival for our guests with accessible vehicle parking tags. All accessible parking is conveniently located in between the East and West entrances to the venue and complies with all ADA regulations.
 
Accessible seating can be accommodated in an elevated section of the pavilion. Individuals with disabilities may purchase accessible seating by calling Ticketmaster at 412-323-1919. Note: One companion seat is available per accessible seat purchase.

Kid Policies/Family Zone Info
Our events are all ages. A ticket is required for any child over the age of two.
 
For those guests who would like to enjoy an evening out with their family we have a Family Zone located in the lawn seating area. The kid friendly Family Zone is fenced off, alcohol and smoke free.

Box Office hours
The Box Office is open 11:00 am - 3:00 pm Monday through Friday.  On show nights, the box office is open until 9:00 pm.

Will-Call Tickets
The Will Call window is located at our Box Office and opens an hour before show time.  Proper ID and Credit Card used for purchase must be presented to pick up tickets.  Will call closes when the main act goes on stage. 

A festive array of food courts offer a wide variety of food, Pepsi products and specialty snacks such as funnel cakes, shaved ice, nachos, hot dogs, italian sausage, ice cream and much more.  Beer, wine, frozen drinks, and mixed drinks are served within the Pavilion with proper ID.
 
Papa John's has joined the already existing brand name partners on-site including Starbucks, CK's Gourmet Pretzels, Edy's Ice Cream and others!

How to use:
For the 2007 Choice Concert Ticket:  Purchasers can choose their show from a supplied list of eligible concerts.  The Choice Concert Ticket can be redeemed for two (2) Lawn Tickets at Post-Gazette Pavilion after May 7th daily between 11AM-3PM at the venue's box office or at the appropriate individual show.
 
For the BONUS Lawn Ticket Offer: Redeem the night of the show or daily 11AM-3PM at the venue's box office starting May 7th.
